Description: This is a non-shooting course that teaches students the basic knowledge, skills, and to explain the attitude necessary for the safe handling and storage of firearms and ammunition in the home. This is a four-hour course for safe gun handling that is conducted in the classroom only. For any non-shooter in a household where firearms exist, this is a must-have course to increase your level of comfort and general knowledge of gun safety and storage. Students are taught NRA’s three rules for safe gun handling and details of gun types and actions. Students will receive NRA materials and the completion certificate.
